Schedule a Zoom or phone meeting for a consultation. (I understand that not everyone likes to be on camera!) This gives us a chance to get to discuss the details of your trip and get to know each other. We will discuss how involved you would like me to be in your trip booking, what you would like to include in your bespoke itineraries, and how we can tailor your custom travel arrangements to curate your ideal trip.

If we decide we are a good fit, a client agreement will be emailed to you. This shares what can be expected from both parties in the process of trip booking, curating your bespoke itineraries and custom travel arrangements to collaborate the perfect trip. 

You will also be emailed an invoice for my Professional Research, Planning & Concierge Fee (amounts vary with bookings and will be discussed during our consultation). Your client agreement and payment confirm that you are serious about this trip and utilizing my professional expertise to curate your custom travel arrangements.

I exclusively provide quotes and advice to committed clients, safeguarding my time from those seeking information without engaging in my services for trip booking so that I can focus on curating bespoke itineraries for my clients.

Once the Client Agreement and Fee Payment are complete, Beach and Boujee Travel is officially retained for your trip until your return! You will receive full engagement in curating a memorable journey aligned with your dreams and values, as well as a personal advocate to assist during your travels. I will begin our research and planning and reach out if I have questions on details regarding your custom travel arrangements. You will be presented with a proposal of the bespoke itineraries and have the opportunity to make changes before finalizing the trip booking and payment.
