Ready for travel that's thoughtfully planned and truly yours

 1. Book Your Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary call, by Zoom or phone, whichever you prefer.

2. Complete Your Client Inquiry Form
Before we talk, you'll fill out a short form so I can come to the call already familiar with your travel style and what you're envisioning.

3. Let's Talk
During the call, we'll get to know each other, talk through your vision for the trip, and see if we're a good fit to work together.

4. Receive Your Recap
Afterward, I'll send a recap email confirming everything we discussed in writing, along with the timeline for your proposal. From there, the decision to move forward is yours.

5. Sign, Pay, and Let the Planning Begin
If you decide to hire me, you'll sign the client agreement and pay the research fee. I'll then get to work and deliver your first, best proposal within the timeframe outlined in your recap.

Please note: because pricing and availability change quickly, proposals move on a tight timeline once sent.

Who's a perfect fit?
If you value quality and thoughtful planning over rock-bottom prices and transactional booking, we'll get along well. Working with me means real conversation and personal attention, not an impersonal search engine. If that resonates, let's talk.
